ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUESTS

Request Early – Vote Early – Return Early

Due to the Pandemic, the state and the CDC have issued capacity limits on indoor activities. Andover’s polling place will still be at the Town Hall on Tuesday November 3rd, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.- but can only accommodate a limited number of voters at one time. Andover voters are urged to consider conducting election tasks before election day.

Voter Registration- any resident who needs to register to vote for the first time or to update their name or address can call to make an appointment before election day. Please do not wait until election day.

Absentee Voting by mail from home-

Due to the pandemic, many voters are more comfortable voting an absentee ballot from home. To order a ballot online go to maine.gov. Ballots can be ordered now and they will be mailed out to the voters at the beginning of October. Ballots should be returned no later than October 27th.
